qu99 About Us —
Our Story, Mission and Commitment
qu99 brings a safe, transparent and exciting online gaming experience built for Bangladeshi players — with easy payments via bKash and Nagad.
Our Story
qu99 was built on a simple but powerful idea — every player in Bangladesh should be able to enjoy online gaming in their own language, with familiar payment methods, and in a completely safe environment. We believe entertainment should be accessible, transparent and enjoyable.
Building our platform came from a deep understanding of the experiences and needs of Bangladeshi gamers. People in this country are comfortable making transactions through bKash and Nagad — so at qu99 we fully support these payment methods. Deposits and withdrawals are also available via Rocket and Upay, so no player has to face any technical barriers.
At qu99, everything from slot games to live casino, cricket betting to basketball is available under one roof. We work with world-class game providers including PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI and Spribe, so our players always have access to the best content.
Our mission is not just to provide games — we want every player to feel respected, protected and valued. To that end, we run 24/7 live chat support in Bengali so any issue can be resolved instantly.
qu99 believes in a responsible gaming culture. We encourage players to enjoy entertainment within their limits. Responsible gaming tools and information are readily available on our platform, because we believe healthy gaming habits are the key to long-term enjoyment.
Our technology team works continuously to make the platform faster, more reliable and more user-friendly. Through SSL encryption and modern security measures, we ensure that every transaction and piece of personal data remains fully protected.
